They will have their intestines if it's rats, mice, guinea pigs, and such. You will need to remove the intestines yourself on the bigger prey such as the rats or guinea pigs. So, when you are combining Whole Prey into the Frankenprey menu, you will use the Alternative Meal Balancing Chart: holisticferretforum.com/natural-diet/raw-diet-the-meat-of-the-site/balancing-frankenprey-with-alternative-meals/An example on how it is read: I want to do 4 Whole Prey meals, so I look at the line that says 4 Alt Meals and read along that line; meaning the rest of the menu will have 7 bone-in meals, 1 muscle, 1 heart and 1 organ meal. Yes whole prey can be frozen, and it depends on the size of the prey and amount of ferrets for sizes, go by weight (weigh the food to see how much you're giving). You can throw it in cut into chunks or whole.

So with even the mouse I'd have to remove the intestines? And so if i was just wanting to do 1 whole prey I'd just cut out a bone in meal and feed them a whole prey? They only eat about 4 oz oz bone in meal so should I still with that much for the whole prey

I said only in prey the size of a rat and bigger, mice are smaller than those. And yes, with only 1 WP meal, you'd drop one bone-in meal and give the WP meal. You'd still be giving the prey in the weight amount of food you offer on average. So say you offer 4oz of food per meal, and you had a rat to give that's 1lbs, that rat would technically be 4 full meals, or for example you had mice but each one weighed only 2oz, you'd offer two of them to get to the 4oz weight the meal would be.

They're doing really good, they're all active. Whinnie always wants out when I walk by her. Kanga and Roo are eating good. They love the chicken necks more than the chicken wing I've found out. I was playing with roo yesterday when they were out and I got his to wag his tail it was going crazy. It's the first time hes done it. Kanga mainly wages her tail in the tube they go though. Roo is the sweetest and really calm he'll let me hold him for awhile and love on him and he gives kisses now

That's great news to hear! I'm so glad the babies are doing well.
Could you give me a run-down of your current menu, and list all of the proteins that they will eat up to date?

I cant remember what days were what last week. Been a crazy few days. But they've had frog legs a few times for bone in. I got a cornish hen. They've had it a few times for a bone in mean and muscle. They've also had the pork for a muscle. And have had the liver and thymus, the hearts, the hearts with liver and kidney. And also for a bone in meal were chicken necks,
but last night someone threw up when they had chicken wings, I'm afraid it was kanga

I'm thinking about taking kanga and roo off raw. They're so picky. They hardly eat the organs anymore. Kanga just threw up again tonight, alot. She shouldnt still be throwing up so much. It's just been so stressful with them on raw
