Yeah right when I put the bone in chicken in they started eating. And they're energy Is through the roof. They're pretty hyper. I'll definitely make the sizes bigger

Very likely just a fluke then. I've had it happen on an odd day that my bunch ate poorly on one meal and then gorged themselves the next. It happens, it's usually no biggy, unless you see a serious change in energy levels being very low such as lethargic ferrets, not wanting to eat or drink, etc.
Lets work on getting them to eat chicken wings as is since you only buy the wingette pieces. And turkey neck chopped into vertebrae segments.
We should also work on trying to get some more variety though. Rabbit, duck or quail are all great options for some more variety. Any idea when you might be able to hit that Asian store yet?

They didn't care too much for the whole chicken wing. I have to cut it in half

No, I haven't, but store names and even some chains of stores vary from place to place. You're more than welcome to explore them and see what they have, sometimes places will surprise you, even a local hole in the wall place, lol.
Okay, try it cut in half then, and see if it does better.
Also, they can eat the entire rabbit, so pretty much any cut should be okay.

I'm having trouble with them using the litter box, more than half the time they dont use the litter box. I'm constantly having to deep clean the cage where they go and the cage still stinks bad and it's even worse with the runny poops. I'm not sure how to get them to go in there. I have all the corners blocked, and I dont know if I'm using a strong enough cleaner or not

I've tried all that for the training. They were being good about going in the box. But not now. And i couldn't stand the smell of the vinegar water with the poop. I'll have to try the natures Miracle which one is safe?

They aren't wanting to eat but 2 or 3 peices between them. I'm not sure what's going on with them. Kanga is just wanting to put the chicken in the litter box still

Vinegar is a really powerful odor remover, and great cleaner though. The smell of vinegar disappears when it dries. One of our admins on here has also suggested that if someone would like a fresher smell to it, they can cut up some lemons or limes and add that in with the vinegar and let it sit for several weeks, stirring every few days. Then use a cheese cloth to strain it and go about using it like normal again. As for the Nature's Miracle, I think ours is just the Stain & Odor remover one. I don't get any of them that has the extra fragrance stuff like citrus or lavender added.
They really need to eat the larger pieces though, it'll help with Kanga not gagging as much. Offer them half again on the next bone-in meal they are getting and we'll see how they do then. Ferrets can be stubborn and learn to manipulate their humans, so a little tough love can help at times. Also, are you still offering the turkey as well? The last couple times I've heard about has all been chicken.
Have you tried to make them some feeding dens as suggested some weeks ago?

I haven't given them Turkey again yet. I was gonna thaw it tomorrow and cut it up. And yeah I tired the cardboard box for them to eat in and they just played in it

It can take a few tries, make sure they each have their own box to use, and not a single box between the both of them. Offer them each some food inside of their own box.

I'll get them some storing containers and cut them out a place to get in. I'm not too sure where to put them though or how big it needs to be for them

They don't have to be very big, just enough for them to fit in, even halfway. If they can use their bum to block the entrance, they should be fine with that too. I've had one or two of mine do that in a 12pk soda can box before, if that helps give you an idea.
