No pics yet, but i purchased a little boy off craigslist last night, have not weighed him yet either. Got him about a 4 miles from my house. He is a year and a half. He is structurally big compared to my girls. It has been years since I had a boy, but it has been in my heart lately to get a male. Any way he came with a critter nation cage--total 175.00. They called him a cinnamon. Actually, I think the forum would say he is a sandy.
Little worried over critter nation as i can see my girls crawling the top by way of the horizontal bars--- will have to do something about that. Pics later. Oh yea, he is on zupreem, but i have started drying eggshells as of this morning. So I will be switching him probably tomorrow. However I will offer him some quail this morning. That will probably not go over too well:))

Sounds like a sweetie! And if my girls can scale the FN in under a minute I can't imagine how fast they'd go up a CN lol

Whoa!! I am going to have to work on sizing pics. He is in the Ferret Nation right now since there r no covers on CN ladders. I am going to zip tie tubing on them.

Yeah, looks like my Loki, who is a champagne, also called a sandy. Cinnamons tend to have more red-tones. Beautiful boy either way.
Congrats on your new addition hon. I'm sure he's gonna just love being in his new forever home with his new family.

What a lovely boy! Congratulations, I know how long you've wanted a boy :-) In my experience, kibble-fed cinnamons become champagnes on a raw diet, so he'll probably lose any red tones he has as he gets healthier. Good luck integrating him in with the girls, and with potty boot-camp! Garrett the ferret... it rhymes!
PS My avatar is of Maisie in her early days... no shades of red on her now

Garrett the ferret---so cute why didn't I think of that:)) Maisie looks adorable.
Integration not going good with my sable. She has had him on the run several times . She even climbed the critter nation. She wants him bad i am thinking or maybe she just likes the view from up there. Either way, i will have to get some acrylic sheeting or something to fix cage so she can't crawl sides.
