Hello everyone. I recently switched my 10 week old ferrets from Marshall's kibble to a raw diet. Their poops have varied from weird colors (light green to light brown) to loose consistencies. Have any of you experienced this? Im assuming yes. I'm just a worry rat and want to make sure it is normal for this to happen after switching diets. Their poops have definitely been smaller, but have been smelling FOUL. However, ever since I started the raw diet, I have already noticed a change in their smell, which means less ferret smell. If you guys have any poop experience stories similar to tell me, it would make me feel better LOL.
and yes I did wait 3-5 hours after feeding kibble before I gave them meat. I wanted to make sure their systems were empty.

Yep, perfectly normal :-) And those detox poops REEK! lol. They can last up to about 4 weeks, depending.
