Do you ever sort through old pictures and videos and find old images and footage from when your ferrets were just little babies and just wish that they were little again. Nibbles and Little Bear were our first baby ferrets and their cuteness knew no bounds. This is my favorite picture. I'll treasure it forever. Though I recently found this old forgotten clip of Nibbles harassing Snowball and realized that while she may look very different now she she hasn't changed a bit in personality. she will always be the silly trouble monster. Anyone else have old pics and clips that are just so cute that you wish that they had stayed little?

I have all of my ferret pics on photobucket and in my puter. Sometimes when I search for a pic I get all teary-eyed looking at all my passed babies...

unclejoe I do the same when I come across images of past pets. I'm glad for all the pictures that I have of them though. FerretsnFalcons I wish the same with Snowball and Twiggy sometimes. Occasionally I wonder if Twiggy started out as a dark eyed white or lost her color over time Like what is happening with Nibbles.

all lovely pics. I'd have a really hard time selecting a favorite pic of my ferts. I probably have a favorite of each of them, but that's 26 pics, lol.

I don't really have baby pics of all my ferrets, I had gotten Athena at 5 months old, and Ares and Apollo at 7 months old. This was Loki on the day we had gotten him from the store. This is a grown Loki.

This was my current fert Monster right after I first adopted her from a girl who had listed her on Craigslist saying she didn't have the time for her. Not knowing anything about genetics at the time, I fell in love with her color, mostly because she had a blaze: Then my second fert, Butterball, for whom I broke my rule about buying from pet stores after seeing him at one and agonizing over getting him for the entire weekend afterwards--you can see Monster has entirely lightened: And another, just because... he was all belly and flipper feet :

caitmonster they're so adorable. I didn't know anything about genetics either and discovered that two of mine were deaf (one may have a tiny bit of hearing but the other, Twiggy is definitely completely deaf) later after having them for a while but I would not have turned the down anyway if I had known. Nibbles is loosing her color too. In one to two sheds she will likely be completely white.

I challenge ANYONE to resist this face. Yoshi at 6 weeks. Yes, we went to Petco looking for a kit to replace some that had passed. Never had we seen a cuter baby.
