Just use a heavy duty utility knife- but be CAREFUL!!! I only have small knives like swiss army knives... I'll have a go in the arvo tml... and i WILL be careful!!!

Hi if the box is plastic you can always heat up the blade of a knife and use that to cut through it it will take time and you will have to heat the blade a number of times but because your melting it as you push down it wont leave any jagged edges hope this helps take care bye for now Bev aka crazy lady

hi crazy lady... thanks for the tip! I haven't tried cutting the box yet... trying to look for a suitable knife - that is not one that i use for cooking etc! i thought i had more knives than 3 of my personal ones... i would have to sacrifice one i suppose... kekeke... The ravens are really noisy today... it's 10am here and they are making one h*ll of a rack..

A hobby knife would work (they're very reasonable with disposable blades, but must be used with CAUTION). A #11 blade should do the trick!

The tip of a hot glue gun works well also. It is slow going, but less sharp edges. Wear a mask and don't do it in the room with the fuzzies as it does emit melting plastic fumes.
