How long do you freeze meat from the grocery store to kill parasites? I can't find the recommendation anywhere I recently bought chicken thigh meat, chicken livers, and ground up some eggshells. Now all that's left is chicken hearts.. When I find some lol Thanks

Meat from the grocery store shouldn't have to be frozen for parasites (unless your grocery store is super sketchy lol). That rule mainly goes for wild game, and I believe then you have to freeze it for at least 2 weeks.
