My neighbor is a good ole country boy. He loves to hunt and fish. The other day I was told by email, that my mice had been delivered by Fedex. No mice(2nd time on frozen goods). Our Fedex service stinks here in my county. It came the next day, probably never left the truck. Anyway, Hubby and I checked with about 5 neighbors about a misplaced parcel. No one had it. When we asked our one neighbor, he gave us one of the squirrels that he had caught in his attic. It came out of his freezer---skinned and gutted. Then yesterday he called hubby over. He just caught another one and skinned and gutted it as well.
I am assuming it is ok to feed ferret without a 2 week freeze, since there will be no organs where parasites might be?
