This is Maru! He had his first bath today and I clipped his nails. He was SUPER GOOD. He really likes to dig, I take him outside for walks a lot and let him dig in the dirt but..... as you know its dirt. I've read a few different things like making a sand box, which I feel like he'd snort the sand and it would be all bad. and then I've read making a bean or rice box for him to dig in but i'm kind of afraid he would try to eat that stuff. Open to suggestions!!

I've used long grain rice, shredded paper, ping pong balls, cornstarch packing peanuts, dried leaves, dirt. Others use large beans(kidney, lima, etc), elbow macaroni, sand, peatmoss. I am sure there are others. The important thing is to supervise and see how they do.
