Okay so switching over Luna is not going to be as easy as Neka ;D Bummer!! She's more like zeke who still has his moments and is being hand fed at the present moment. So what i've gotten her to accept is a mix of soup ground chicken and baby food. she will eat some off my fingers. will not touch whats left in her cage over night. I did try kibble the first day, apparently she was on marshalls, but the good stuff we have here she wouldn't touch. my concern is she is NOT eating enough for her size/age. Yesterday I made up 2 oz and she didn't eat half of it. I've been trying to get her to eat every time I feed neka, which is every few hours. Thats how little she's eaten. Second concern is the poops are green and seedy. Even her first poop her, before finding something she would eat was like that. Could it be stress?? Any suggestions on how to get her to eat more? Her energy is still good, but new place, new friends could keep her going for 2 days even if food is not. lol so trying to avoid a crash. lol

Poops are likely stress related. They should calm down over time. As for the food, you may just have to pick up a bag of the crap she was on to get her eating something. For the raw, just keep up with the finger and spoon feeding for now, til she's accepting it willingly.

Thanks Sherry. She's had about an ounce this morning already. I may try to grind some kibble on it this afternoon, see if that encourages her a bit more.
Interestingly enough my IBS girlie really like this mix and ate about 1/2 an ounce of it. I may just try her again if her tummy handles it well. LOL

Why not? If she likes it, see how she does With Luna, at an ounce for a meal, that's pretty much what some of my girls eat. You could also offer an extra meal a day hand fed to be sure she's getting enough.

No the ounce was what she ate all day yesterday. Today she's doing better, even caught her at the bowl eating on her own.
