Hello there
Was wondering, for anyone who feeds kibble. What a normal amount of food is for a ferret to eat.
I know, I'll be making the switch to raw soon enough.
She only seems to eat about 1/8th of a cup in the morning. A little bit here or there when I have her out. And again just here or there when I feed her at night about 1/8th cup.
She's drinking normally it seems and has no lethargy or back leg weakness. She's still a little b*tch sometimes but I love her.
Feedback? Thanks

A kibble fed ferret should have food at all times because of the lack of nutrients in kibble. Age also has a lot to do with how much they eat as well so depending on how old she is. My sprite when she was on kibble for a week before I switched her she didn't eat much of it either. I only filled a little bowl once a day. If that.
