Hi,
I a few weeks I'm getting ferrets again, I got this crazy big cage from a friend and I have no idea how to fill it up. I've got hammocks, sleeping beds, litter boxes ofcourse, tunnels and some hanging toys. But the cage still looks so empty! I've looked around on pinterest but I can't seem to get inspiration. Does anyone have some ideas to fill up the cage a bit more?
Thanks!

Does anyone have some ideas to fill up the cage a bit more? Thanks! Mine also seems a bit bare with hammocks, a blanket, octo toy and a little sofa. I would love to add tubes and toys but am a bit concerned with them ingesting them while I am away. As long as you are giving them plenty of time out of the cage it should be fine not to have too many toys inside. www.petsmart.com/cat/toys/national-geographic-trade-buggy-ball-cat-toy-zid36-23110/cat-36-catid-200099I do however keep this bal in with them as they can't destroy it, and the jingle it makes let's me know they are up. I keep it in the bottom near their litter box where there isn't fleece.

Just get some black drainage tubing It is corrugated, and somewhat bendable.

For my boy, I crocheted a hanging hut that he loves. I also gave him an empty egg carton to play with. He noses the ping pong balls around in it.
