Its pretty easy to upload a photo.
>>>
<<<
You should then get a pop up box.
In this box you will need to put a direct link from your image.
I will show you how to do that soon.
--------
You can upload your image to an image hosting site like Photobucket, postimage.org, tinypic.com, etc.
You could also use direct links to image posted from Facebook or Tumblr, etc.
Just go to your image and then right click on it. Copy the image address, or image location or what ever. Example should look something like this.
40.media.tumblr.com/81af74b1687b8d4040c4ee7d96b0035f/tumblr_nuedcjcIFH1udtjfmo1_1280.jpgThats basically its direct URL. Then you take your direct url from your photo and put it in the IMAGE URL from the pop up before, or you can go manual and place the direct URL between [ img ] & [ /img] (Take away the spaces though)
Here's a template. (Take away that space though)
[ img ] INSERT DIRECT LINK[ /img]
-----
NOTE: Most image hosts, especially like Photobucket, have a feature where you can copy the BB code for forum automatically. It should say something like "Share to forum" then you just copy the type and come back over here and paste it on the thread box.
Here is an example from Photobucket.
Notice how there is an IMG section?
>>>
<<<
Click on it, and on Photobucket it should automatically be copied.
If it didn't copy, that's okay. Press Command+C (mac) or CTRL+C on your keyboard to copy it.
Press Command-V (mac) or CTRL+V to paste the file.
Once you paste it, and post it, If you notice upon uploading your photo that it seems too large, you can easily fix that by editing your post and clicking on the BBCode and reducing the 100% down to like 50% or 30%. I'll have an example below.
In the screen shot below, you can see the BBCode. The image is at 100% so basically its full size.
At the start you have 'style=
"max-width:100%;" Change the 100% to something else. I'll do 30%.Now in the screenshot below its smaller in size.
