Ill try to keep this simple but i have a new question about the raw soup!
1) How long should i keep them on just the raw soup?
2) Is there any other type of soup? Like some for other types of meat?
3) I read they needed one meal a week of red meat, (or something along those lines) Can I use the raw chicken soup and just replace the ingredients with red meat of some kind?

The length on if they stay not the soup depends on each ferret. Some will progress faster than others. Watch them, and if you think they are ready to move up a notch, then throw in some slivers with the next soup meal, then wean them off soup and on to the slivers. The soup would be best to stay a single protein incase there are certain allergies that a ferret may have. However you may use other proteins for the soup as long as its the only protein in the soup. For example, Instead of chicken, you could use Pork for the Heart, Muscle, Organs etc. Some proteins, like Beef, may have a stronger taste to it, so that is why its best to start with simply chicken (Unless you are 100% certain your ferret has a chicken allergy) It would make it more easier for them to adapt especially if they're stubborn and addicted to kibble. The one meal of red meat per week is once your ferret is on a balanced frankenprey menu. So once you reach slivers, you can start experimenting with new proteins, and eventually those get added to your entire menu per week. Since the soup is temporary, don't worry too much on this for now, you can add it in as you go along the switch.
