There's a 10 lb minimum to help the meat stay frozen during transit. I ordered 10 lbs on January 19th (see order below if you're interested). It was shipped out on the 20th and I received it two days later, on the 22nd. It was very well packed, in a cardboard box lined with polystyrene and with two one-time use frozen bags in there as well. The meat is very neatly packaged in little sausage-type plastic bags. I got all fine grind for my fussy girl, and we were very pleased with it It was finer ground than a couple of alternatives bought in local stores. I'm very pleased with them and intend to use this as my main source from now on Hahah how long does this last you?

Guinea pig was a hit with my crew. Of course Freya my tummy with teeth ate it like shes been eating it all her life lol and they older ones were amazingly open minded and ate it no problem! I am excited to have not so picky ferrets.

@noodlecats well right now she's eating about 3 oz a day, so 50+ days (10 lbs x 16 oz / 3 oz)
@morgan2247 glad it's been a success so far! I'm a wimp, I wasn't able to make myself order guinea pig. Or llama, for that matter. Maisie will just have to do with elk.

It was a very interesting experience that i wouldn't trade for the world lol. I even gutted the pig and the mice lol that scared me at first lol

Shipping, shipping, and more shipping. I live in South Florida so I definitely understand. I try to remind myself that it would take a lot more time and money to go procure these things myself. And, yes, please do let us all know how your fuzzies like their new foods!
