Hi all, just wondering if you guys feed raw straight out of the pack or do you wash all of the gunky bloody stuff off and dry it first?

I probably should rinse it lol but I just chop it up and put it in bags. Te bags go in the freezer, then the fridge to thaw and right to their cage. No rinsing here. I think it would be better to though...

No reason to wash or rinse. The blood on the outside is good for them as well

I just chop it and bag it, I dump the blood when I thaw it or put it in the cats bowl.

No reason to wash or rinse. The blood on the outside is good for them as well My reasoning behind saying washing would be good is simply that you don't know what has touched the meat or might be on it from processing and packaging. *shrugs*
