When did it start? When my Gilly had her blockage she wen t down hill very quickly. It's been 6 hours since you first posted this, so I am hoping that is a good sign and that it isn't a blockage, and something less life threatening. My fingers are crossed.
Is she tooth grinding at all?

It should be a big orange poo. Take the picture.
It sounds like it's not a blockage though, if she can poop fine and isn't in pain...
Her belly is quite bloated, I think a vet trip should be organised for her sooner rather than later.
Has her stomach changed since you started all this? is she still as bloated? How quickly did she become this way, was she this round yesterday?

I agree with Sveta. I think a vet trip would be the best advise we could give you at this stage. Since it doesn't sound like a blockage from the information you've given us, there could be another reason for the bloating.

How is she doing now? Did you get the big orange poops and did you look through those, just in case? I'm not thinking blockage now based on your picture.
From your picture, this looks odd and I really think she needs a vet visit.
I know you might be in a small town and not around ferret vets but she does need to see one. If you'd like to pm one of the admins and that can be me if you'd like, then ask your parent if it is okay to give one of us your general location (not your address) then we can help you find a closer vet. You might have to drive to a bigger city so would your parent be willing to drive to a vet office that is say an hour away?
I read through last nights posts and you had some good help from our members but as they all suggested, Swiper does need to see a vet.

TBH that pic, to me, just looks like an older kibble fed ferret. They often get a pear shape to them. If you are at all concerned get her to a vet. It doesn't sound like a blockage.

Update: inferno4dayz has a vet appointment scheduled. I spoke with the office and they are an exotic specialist. They sound really concerned and I think he found a good vet. After his appointment and if he would like to add the name of the Doc to the list that would be great.

Bless your heart. I am so very sorry. Glad your little one has a buddy to sleep with ,and may that be the best gift for your Swiper. If baby gets a little rambunctious , you may have to curb him some, as babies do have a lot of energy. You will be able to tell when Swiper has had enough play. I hope her days will be full and happy ones.

I'm sorry you guys are going through this. I was really hoping for something easy and fixable. You sound like a good ferrent getting her a friend to love on her. I hope this isn't too painful for her and you and that she goes easily.
