When was the last time she passed any poops? If her stomach is that swollen and making noise, I'd go to a vet ASAP. An emergency vet if you have to.

I'm going to tag Sherry and Heather to help with this. There is what we call a blockage protocol. That involves canned pure pumpkin with no sugar added and ordinary vaseline. Since we have already talked over PM's and you are still worried, I would take her to a vet right now, if it is possible. You're new to ferrets and this could be a potential crisis situation. Explain the problems and that you are not sure when she last pooped. Ask for a Barium xray. As I explained, this will show any potential blockages and also may help to pass the object through. When did Swiper eat last? What did she have for her meal? The blockage protocol is what we usually first suggest when it is suspected that a ferret has eaten something they should not have but we are not sure. The protocol follows: One Tablespoon of canned pure pumpkin One Hour later, you will give Swiper a Teaspoon of pure Vaseline. One Hour later, she will get another Tablespoon of canned pumpkin One Hour later, she will get a Teaspoon of Vaseline. Around the 3rd hour or so, she should begin to poop and you will have hopefully, large orange poops for the next few poops. Examine these and see if you can see anything in the poops that looks like rubber or foam, bedding or anything that is not a food substance. If she begins to vomit or appears to crash, then you must get her to vet immediately or the little one might not make it. I can't stress how important it is to not let this go on any further. I do hope that she does not have a blockage and that your Swiper is fine and this is simply a false alarm. Don't take a chance that it is and wait. Either begin the blockage protocol or get her to a vet now, please. I don't want you to be frightened and I don't know if you have anyone around who is familiar with ferrets. Will you be able to get a parent to take you to a vet?

Throwing up? Pooping? If she really is swollen I would go straight to an emergency vet

Can you please tell us any other signs or symptoms. You said she looks like she ate golf balls, Are you 100% Certain she ate something?
You need to find a vet ASAP. Blockage protocol for the time being, but if the bloating doesn't go down even after she's passed something or if she doesn't pass anything at all, then it could be life threatening so you need to at least have a vet number on hand or take her to a vet if there is no improvement.

How old is she? What are you feeding? When did she last see a vet? Is she showing any tenderness in the abdominal area? IS the swelling more to the left side? Is she coughing? Straining when in the litter box? What colour is her gums, nose and paws? ciao

We're asking you a lot of questions. Don't panic and try to just go through and answer what you can. It will help us help you.
The picture doesn't load unfortunately. I wonder if you could try again? If you use Google photos or Facebook, just upload it there and right click on it to get the image URL and post it here.
Her having a normal poop is a good thing. Much better than if she wasn't.
As long as the pumpkin is 100% pumpkin with no additives, then you have the right stuff.
You can add some oil to both the pumpkin or the Vaseline so your ferret takes them easier. Whatever oil your ferret likes, salmon, extra virgin olive oil, coconut etc. If you have a big syringe without a needle then you can use that to feed her the pumpkin and Vaseline.
