ok I'm a little confused. my little guy is almost 10wks. today I was looking in his mouth and he has an adult and baby canine tooth in one spot. when I goolge the subject. it gives me several different ages as to when they should loose there last tooth. some have said 9mon. and some say about 4mon. so my question is... at what age can I expect him to have a mouth full of adult teeth and how long before I should get concerned of a possible retained baby tooth?

Has he seen a vet yet? I'd have them take a look.
Can you get any pics?

Vaccinating before the maternal antibodies are gone serves no purpose. The maternal antibodies will cancel out the vaccine. Maternal antibodies wear off anywhere from 4-6 months old. That's why most vets use a vaccination series - because they don't know when the maternal antibodies wear off. A single shot when the immune system is mature is all that is necessary to provide protection just my opinion of course
