Our ferret Bruce didn't want to eat this morning. He had pork soup last night and i started adding chunks last night.
He's now throwimg up foul smelling water. Should I do blockage protocol or emergency vet?

I'd vet if he's throwing up liquid - if the vet suggest xray, please request barium, it's more helpful when it comes to blockages. If a few hours have passed, he needs iv hydration for sure. Keep us posted!

Thanks, i made a post on facebook too. We took him to the emergency vet. Unfortuately it had to be one that doesn't specialize exoctics. We called around and nobody had one on call.
He's at home with us now, going to the regular vet first thing in the morning(i hope) for more xrays. She told us they were highly unlikely to perform surgery, so he was given the barium and will have xrays in the morning.
