On July 4th my baby boy went on his Journey. He went peacefully and suddenly. He was up 2 hrs early on July 3rd and 4th and was dooking and playing with me and eating like normal. Poops were normal. He was urinating eating, drinking. Samuel jumped at a blanket my bf was shaking a few times and went under the couch. We didn't think anything No signs of Insu, Adrenal, flu, lethargy, wasn't stepped on, didn't get caught on anything, didn't crash, no seizures, no sign of blockage, cancer. They got examined 2 mos ago and everything was fine. And his tail wasn't puffed out, so no heart attack. My reliable sources think it was something internal/genetic. He had a tiny bit of blood that came out of his nose. Isabella seen him pass. She has bounced back already but is a little lonely. Samuel was my heart, my first. I am so sorry for the delay but this is the hardest thing I have EVER been thru in my entire life! I had a meltdown that night, was very depressed, couldn't eat, had trouble sleeping/nightmares, having nausea everyday, cramps, and emotionally drained. I couldn't talk about him without bursting into tears. Our house will never be the same but it will be similar. July 5th I made sure I got money together to put him to rest. Then I found out who had a single and filled out an application to adopt and got approved! On Thursday at 5pm Isabella will be introduced to Yasmine who I believe is a Blaze and is deaf. She is 2yrs. She is a sweetheart and so is Bella so Im sure they will hit it off! Then if all goes well we bring her home and she is going to have her first sample of RAW on the way home! I have soupies made and made half watery and the other half is a little thicker. I refuse to buy kibble! I will check in sometime over the weekend when things settle with her. Isabella has been attached to my hip. She doesn't have any idol time. It doesn't matter what time she gets up, I get her out and play with her (caged overnight). We do car rides quite a bit and started increasing them a couple weeks before Sam passed, so he was able to enjoy them as well. He got to go for one last walk on the 4th as well and got new toys to stash so it was a great day until he passed. I watch Isabella wake up everyday, and she is rarely alone when she is awake. Isabella took a step back to grinds, but I think she is just about ready for whole bone again. I was hand feeding her organ suppers everyday, but now she is starting to take it on her own. A couple times she does want me to feed her, which I have no problem spoiling her with him just leaving us. She never seen me cry before. Isabella has been skittish at times since he passed. Is that normal? She has been eating 3-4ozs daily. She got up 4 times today to play, usually 3xs. She has been dooking, playing chase, and has great energy, so I believe she has adjusted. We take her everywhere anymore, even to KFC to pick up food lol! We definitely can't take her to the gym lol. Im tempted to take her to the grocery store on wednesday if she is awake. I will just sit with her in the car with the ac on. Well that's what is going on in PA. Im sorry for my absence.
