Today when I gave him eat he took few bites/ licks on his own, and then he walked away so I took him and feed him . It looks like food tastes better if I feed him from hand

Oh I know it does! Evanna required hand feeding when I switched her. How much are you feeding him by hand in one sitting? It may be that he knows you'll hand feed him and he's lazy or that he's getting so full from being hand fed that he doesnt mind waiting until you come back to feed him again.

I am giving him aprox. 1-2 oz in one meal, if I`m at home I give him smaller amount and after few hours I gave him again meat, but when I go to work I give him 2 oz to be sure that he won`t starve until I get back home. .

do you have any days off where you could monitor him and see if he's eating on his own?

He won't starve and it sounds like Freddy might need some tough love since he's gotten used to being hand fed.

I know, I can`t belive that he is like a little child hehehehe, even if my boyfriend sits next to me, he gets jealous and he will do whatever it takes to make him go away.

How long do you leave him alone with the food? Try spoon feeding him and slowly lowering the spoon to the bowl until he's licking out of the spoon in the bowl.

Ahh stubborn boy! Are you using a shallow bowl? For some reason they seem to like shallow dishes. Some say it's so their whiskers don't touch the sides and some say it's so nothing sneaks up on them while they're eating.
