Is there anyone on here that makes custom hammocks or bedding for ferrets?? I have a ferret nation cage and am looking to put more stuff in it for all my kids! I'd like them to match too! Would love to hear if anyone does this or knows anyone that does. Thanks!

I think there are a few on facebook if you are wanting to buy stuff. I've started to make my own, we have a sewing machine and even though I've never really made anything before it's quite easy once the machine is set up. I've found it's cheaper too and I can make matching sets. I buy fleece blankets from a local discount store to use rather than buying fleece online, but there are more options online.

they are pretty easy to make, though im really lazy and just fold my fleece under the shelves. when i had rats i used binder clips to keep the fleece in place

I do! You can see my etsy shop here. There are other people who make ferret bedding cheaper, however 100% of my proceeds goes to my charity Send a Snuggle which is an organization dedicated to sending warm bedding to ferret and small animal shelters. As RedSky said, they're also quite easy to make. Here are some pics of mine:     The last one is a sleep sack "prototype" before I figured out how to sew them with absolutely no visible seams. |

There are a number of people who make beddings, it depends where you are. I've bought some excellent product from this group FERRET FABULOUS FINDS AUCTION HOUSE. These are a number of people who provide different types of bedding, harnesses, clothing.....all sorts of ferrety items. Rose German of Little Feet Bedding also has very nice items for people shopping in the US. In the UK I like Jules Hall of South Cheshire Ferrets. Fantastic items for larger ferrets. In Australia, Lee Elford of the Fluffy Shop has fantastic ferret bedding as well as for ratties I believe. She also makes custom sized harnesses. All these people ship to anywhere (for a price) and they support and or run shelters
