So we've been on soup over a week. Is it normal for my ferret to eat half an oz or less, sometimes a teaspoon and then go back to bed? She'll eat a few hours later though. She doesn't have an issue with it as far as eating it on her own. Although we just started thickening it with chunks and she'll hide those and won't eat them LOL.

She must have her own schedule. Do you wake her to get her to eat or does she get up when you put the soup out? The average girl doesn't eat much. 2-3 ounces in a day. They eat a little more in the Winter and a little less in the Spring. I would watch her and make sure that if she isn't eating well on her own, then you might want to sit with her and spoon feed her, just to get a few more bites in her.
When she stashes her chunks, does she let them jerkify and then go back and eat them? If not, try making them a little smaller. They may be too big for her. It doesn't hurt to take a step back. Try slivers instead of chunks, that may help also.
Mine play in the morning, have a few bites while I make their breakfast and then they eat and go back to sleep for a little while. I always leave food out, mine eat at different times and like to graze a little.

Oops I meant slivers, they are pretty small. She stashes them in places like under the bed or dresser and I can't leave it there to find out. Its in my kids room, prone to ants. I've attempted crushed up bones as well and she stashes those too, after licking them clean lol. She won't eat them though :/

Try making a small plate of tiny long slivers. Make several sizes. Then tuck her under your arm and stand at the sink. Run some warm or very warm water and run one slice under the water. Then offer it to her. Don't put her down until she takes a piece. Watch and see if she eats it or stashes it. You can also place a small box at your feet and when she takes the sliver, put her in there. If she eats the slice, try again. If she stashes it, try again. Do it for a few minutes and see if she will finally eat a slice.
It takes some time, patience, coaxing and persuasion. She will get the idea. What is her name and how old is she?

Her name is Sophie and she's about 11mo I'm not entirely sure.

Sophie is a wonderful name. It means Wisdom in Greek. Ferrets imprint on their food sometime around six months to a year. Sophie just needs to learn that what you are offering her is actually food. So, be patient with her and she will do fine.

My fuzz butt is being a turd lol. She won't eat her soup unless I put olive oil on it. I don't want to add it every time and she runs away from other oils like salmon. What do I do?

It literally took a couple of months of offering soup a dozen times a day before a couple of mine actually would eat their soup. It became a running joke in my household that one of mine was holding up a sign saying "I'm a vegan" because she would gag and force it with her tongue when I would put it on her gums.
One day she changed her mind and it was down hill from there. She gets very possessive now over her meat and will hiss and even squeal if her siblings try to get her to share.
Moral of the story is persistence. Keep offering it with out the olive oil. She will eventually take it without the olive oil willing and enjoy it.

what got mine to start eating soup was to mix in some fdr. all i could find was primal dog fdr but it worked great for me and its what gave us the boost we needed to start the switch
i mixed it in with their kibble for a few days and after finally trying it they were hooked

My guys were being picky with their food. Loki "wanted" his with the Uncle Johns duck soup sprinkled in, Franco like his with fish oil...I was gone for a couple days and my SO got them to eat it without it. They probably realized he wasn't going to sit there and spoon feed them and coddle them so they were going to starve if they didn't take what he was making. Haha
Loki did give me "that look" when I gave him a bowl with out it. Sniffed the soup like he didn't realize it was food and then came over to me as if to tell me I forgot something. I didn't fold and he ate it just fine without it.

You can use any muscle meat. Pork, beef, turkey, lamb, goat, etc. Anything that has no bone (can't blend the bone lol) is fine. May want to blend a little separately (with no organs) and put a little bit in their soup and mix it in, if they take it fine add more, if they are fine with it, then add it into their soup, maybe 1/4, then if they don't care either half and half or all of the new meat. And keep them on this protein for about a week before doing another one, so if they have an allergic reaction you know what meat it was from, if you go too fast you may not be able to tell. I wouldn't make a big batch with the new protein before they try it, because if they hate it that's a waste of the meat and organs.

Just all parts in general?

A muscle meat is any meat that doesn't contain bone.
