I'm trying to post and comment frequently so I can apply for a mentor lol. Is it possible to switch from soup to whole prey? I'd like to make the transition but not sure the easiest way? And I can get smaller whole prey no problems, but what ones are nutritionally complete? Thank you.

How old are your ferrets? Under 6 mo and they usually dive right into everything.
Generally you have to go from soup, to sliver, to chunks, to bone-in, then to whole prey. Right now they recognize soup as food, so if you put a dead animal in front of them they will have no idea what it is.

She has been eating soup for about a weekish; today she decided she did NOT want it at all. She ended up getting into her kibble so I had to give in and she scarfed it down.

Don't give in to them, if you give them what they want when they ask for it then they will expect you to do that whenever they want. If she refuses to eat one day, then she doesn't eat. If my girl skips a meal, the next meal or the next day she eats like there is no tomorrow, I don't put up with being walked over by a 2 pound ferret. Ferrets are carb junkies, my girl would kill herself to get to a piece of kibble, carb is sugar and they love sugar, they always want what they can't have.

I tried not too lol but I just got her so she hasnt seen a vet yet to determine any health issues. (So far she seems healthy, besides being a little underweight) I am trying to find a ferret vet here but there aren't to many knowledgeable ones.

Insulinoma in a ferret under a year, well I've certainly never seen it, it might be possible but if it is it's very unlikely, and Insulinoma is the only one where it would cause a problem if she didn't eat for a while. My girl has gone a day without eating before, she's 1 yr old, and she's a stubborn butt, though she has now learned it doesn't work when she acts like one.
If you post a picture of her belly from you holding her under her arms so we can see her waistline we can help determine if she is underweight, some are just very petite, ferrets have different builds, bulldog like and whippet like.

Sure no problem, will get a pic now. She doesn't have a lot of muscle mass I guess I meant? Maybe you can tell.

The easiest way is to go to Photobucket and upload a picture, then on the right side of the picture it will have 4 boxes and above it says "Share Links" click on the last box that says "IMG" to copy the link and then past it in the reply here.
