I am guessing any toothpaste (for ferrets) with alcohol in it is bad... Could I use coconut oil? Any other suggestions?

Oxyfresh also makes a water additive that enzymatically prevents plaque and tartar build-up.

I use a baking soda and water paste and use gauze to brush, then use my Oral Hygiene rinse by Vibrac. I do this every day with 2 of my ferts, one has gingivitis and the other she's older and her teeth aren't that good.
