So, I bought a whole duck, and I am not really sure how to cut it up. I saw the the video of rabbit and guinea pigs, what part of the intestines should I not feed my ferrets? What about the brain, feet beak ect?

brain, feet, bottom jaw/beak, heart, lungs, liver are fine. I don't think they'll eat the stomach/intestines, but those are usually already removed when you buy them.

The duck is fully intact, just dead.
Any idea on how to to cut it up though? What part to start with? I feel like a total noob. The rabbit video gave me an idea but I am still not sure what to do with things like the pelvis and breast bone.

Should be fairly easy to find on YouTube. I'd take out the digestive track, it's just going to smell nasty if it sits in a cage. I think you could portion it the same way you'd do a chicken? That's what I did with my duck, but that was was plucked and gutted already.

Thank you, that video was a big help. Did chickens as a kid, but that was 20+ years ago and I don't remember at all.

So basically the only thing you should throw away is the intestines, the stomach, oil gland from the tail and the, green thing (which I believe is the gall bladder). Everything else is edible by the fuzzies (lungs, heart, liver, gizzard, neck, kidneys).
Also, there was a picture guide in my earlier post as well as the video. The picture guide goes into more detail.

Yeah, I saw the photo guide , I am doing my duck dissection now. I don't know why I am getting so squeamish.

Shhhhh, don't tell my guys that duck isn't candy emoticon-00127-lipssealed They think they have been spoiled.
I had the not so edible parts in a paper sack to take out to the trash when the ferrets attacked it. We got a photo of me trying to pick up a chunk of excess skin and 2-3 ferrets latched on and lifted off the ground. Not sure if I want to post it though, I look horrid and it was the messiest part of the house with boxes still unpacked.
