Okay. Just checked the video. To start, don't add as much water. They need to get used to texture. And instead of finger feeding to begin, grab one and while half holding them at/near the dish spoon feed and keep lowering the spoon to the dish. As one starts to eat do it with the next etc. think of what ground beef mixed up for a hamburger looks like before adding bread crumbs. To give an idea, when I do feed commercial raw, I combine 2eggs with an 8oz patty and that is it.

Okay. And do I keep trying to increase the ratio of rabbit pieces I add?

Yes, definitely Start as I'd mentioned with a few slightly larger than the mince and as they accept those increase the number and when 1/2 and 1/2 start increasing the size.

They have no mince left and I've not ordered any. They are eating just rabbit pieces now. They are trying to eat the bone, however, they are too big. I will try smashing them.

Good! Also start mixing in another protein as well. Pork, beef, what have you.

They're not so sure yet. They also still need help with the bones. So we're crushing the bones with a hammer a bit

Do what you need for the moment. But to give you an idea to get mine eating bone- they got ONLY that for 3-4 days. They got used to it

When I stop smashing, they eat all the meat of the bone and leave the bone?

Okay. Given they cannot have chicken, can you get duck necks? And yes, it does take them a few days of nothing but heavy bone in meats before they accept it. Quick question- can you get duck or turkey gizzards? That will also give more jaw strength.
