He's just so sweet. He looks kind of like my Wynstan. Fingers crossed that he finds a good, safe, happy and forever home, with some friends to play with. I'm also secretly wishing that he gets to stay with you.

I'm glad that he (might) have found his forever home, so quickly. What did she say about raw feeding?

She Said -
" I have tried giving them raw but they wont eat it, I'm going to try some more, we just moved so things have been hectic, will probably have to get a mentor on holistic ferrets because some of mine don't even want it rubbed on their gums, act like I'm trying to poison them lol. They get a lot of different kibbles, they have Evo, TF Turkey Venison, Natures Instinct Raw Boost, Wysong Epigen and Archetypal, etc.. About 9 different kinds and I keep them all in separate bowls. But I plan to switch to raw, just haven't made the commitment yet, will definitely let you know so you can help and also help get me in the program! That will be great! I still have to get the scale"
So my plans are to show her my guys.... Before and after pics and then show her my big boy Gus... Just under 4 pounds... BIG BOY.... This rescue guy looks so small compared to Gus... lol.... Then show her my freezer and top it off with how much it cost a month per ferret to feed them next to what it takes a month to feed her 11 soon to be 12...... Hopefully that will reel her in... LOL

Awww, I am so happy for him. I just can't imagine keeping a ferret in cage all the time. And Walmart food? Yuck! I may not feed raw yet... But I feed the best kibble I can get my hands on.

I'm very happy that the little guy now has a good home. I would love to see her pop up on the forum. If you see her show up, PM someone and we will give her a little extra special encouragement. At least she is feeding decent kibble. A Special Thank You for rescuing the little one. Fostering takes a special kind of Love, and its nice to know that someone as kind and caring as you, is helping ferrets. All my Best, Stef
