I love it. (dance) I've never seen one of those before, its so cute. I did buy two stuffed ferrets once, they are little and almost the same size as my Mika. Each one of my ferrets sniffed its (tail) and looked confused.

Mclain sounds like a great guy.
I'm glad Evanna likes the comb, that will make checking her so much easier.
Quidditch must be fun to play, wouldn't it be amazing if you could really fly, while you're playing? I liked the Harry Potter series and loved the movies. I thought they did a good job with them.

its a limited addition and they only made 2,000 O.O there were only like 180 left when I checked so I knew I needed it.
So I couldnt find her food dish >.> and I kind of freaked out and then I found it... she managed to drag/push it under the bed.... I dont even know how she did that..
She seems to be scratching and biting a bit less so I'm praying that the fleas are all dead. I only used half the applicator and I wrapped the rest and stuck it in the fridge.

Funny little girl. Is that her first treasure, that she has stashed?

SO I went to the store and they were out of turkey wings!!! So I got turkey necks and gizzards instead. I also got rice and a bin for a dig box she played furiously in it for a whole minute before getting distracted! *success!!*

Evanna did really well, this week. You can try giving her more, but she seems to have a delicate appetite. I'll be curious to see how she eats this winter.
I don't know why turkey wings are so hard to find. Were the gizzards, chicken or turkey? Gizzards are a favorite in my house. Now, that I've found duck gizzards, they are going crazy over those.
You could try finding Quail, since the turkey is a no go. I would like to see more bone and a little less neck, but otherwise all looks so good.
I spoke with the Senior Mentors, everyone believes that you are ready to graduate. We'll work together until around the 10th of July and then I will test you and you build a Menu, which we submit to Heather for approval. Like I said before, if you don't feel ready, that's okay and we can keep on working together. If you are ready and graduate, I will always be here for you.
Any more signs of those nasty little fleas?
I haven't checked FB yet, but did you get any pictures of Evanna with her rice box? You can hide FDR or pieces of gizzards in the box. That gives her a chance to forage and ferrets love to forage. (dance)

I got turkey gizzards, and they actually had a little label for turkey wings and I've seen them before so I know they have them! I'm hopefully going to put in an order on HT this weekend. Alyse and I are going to share the shipping costs I haven't been able to find quail anywhere D: Ill go back to the store next week and see if they have more wings in stock. I've seen a couple and managed to pick them off, but I read that front line can take a little longer to work on animals that have dry skin or are more sedentary (and we know Evanna sleeps like 20+ hours a day)Im thinking of giving her a just water bath so the fleas will come up to her head and i can pick them off from there. They are definitely much better though! No pics I have a pretty crappy camera phone and I always forget to take pictures. Would I rinse and pat the gizzards dry? Does the rice stick to them?

and oh yay graduating! So exciting again thank you so much for being an awesome mentor! Are any of your ferrets adrenal? I had a couple questions about vulva swelling. Its gone down SO much since I first got her and its no longer really hard. How big is a non swollen vulva? I suppose I should post a picture BEFORE AFTER

I just want to know if its supposed to go down more or if its always going to be a little big, from the insane swelling.

You and Evanna have done so well, I can't believe we are getting you ready to graduate so soon. I have been spoiled by you two, you guys made it so easy and fun.
Try looking for Quail in nearby Asian Markets. I find it in the freezer section. They come six to a package and are about nine dollars (here).
None of mine are Adrenal. I will pm some Senior members and ask them to look at your pictures, but she looks good to me.
You can bathe Evanna in some warm water, just make sure that its been at least 24 hrs since you put the flea med. on her. Fleas like to hang out around the tail and anus, so check there. I get itchy just thinking about fleas, yuck!

It's been over 24 hr so I'm sure it will be fine. I don't think I've ever seen Asian markets around here, but I'm sure I'm just not looking in the right places
