I asked him before when he just got to his country and he said he put it somewhere . But until now, I lost contact with him. I just worry if in the future something happen with my ferret, what I have to do, if my ferret not doing well, could I take him to the Vet with out any information about him (ferret)? (headwall)

You should not need any "certificate" to take your ferret to a vet. i have owned ferrets over 20 years and never once had any vet ask me for paperwork.

You don't need any certificate for anything... (The exception being a health certificate if you are crossing a country border, which you have to get within 30 days of traveling.)

It may depend on where you are and what paperwork it is that you have lost. You should not require any paperwork to go to the vet but may for other things. If the paperwork is just birth certificate and maybe gentic history, those things are more for interest than any real use. However if it includes vax certificates and medical records, they may be helpful for your vet and also sometimes proof of vax is required for travel or going to pet events, pet boarding etc. Also depending on where you are, if they include transfer of ownership in an area where ferrets are licenced (they are in the ACT here and any change of ownership must be advised to whoever governs it, being across the border I don't know the specifics cause they aren't licensed where I am).
If they do include papers you do need for where you are, if your friend can't mail them, see if you can find out from him where you may be able to get copies (eg. vax certificates you may be able to get copies from the vet he used).
Whatever happens though, no vet should require any paperwork to see your ferrets. Best of luck
