I finally found a local source of affordable whole prey (mice and rats). I don't want to get rid of the variety they have now (chicken, turkey, beef, pork), so what do you think of this menu?
Monday: Chicken bone in x2 meals Tuesday: Pork chunks x2 meals Wednesday: Turkey necks/wing tips x2 meals Thursday: Mice x2 meals Friday: Beef chunks x2 meals Saturday: Rats x2 meals Sunday: organ meat AM heart meat PM
Also, should I cut down on the organ meat because they have 4 whole meals of whole prey? I normally feed an entire meal of liver to everyone. Should I add more bone in?

You've got 8 bone in meals, so that's fine. If you do cut the liver down, I'd not cut it by much. Maybe 1/2 oz each at most. They are only getting whole prey 4 out of 14 possible meals, so it's not going to add all that much extra to it.

I wouldn't cut down on the liver. Consider your prey as individual self contained meals. The liver is for the rest of the meals. Ferrets do need a much higher vit a, as do most carnivores ciao

Aren't mice and rats low in bone content? Like 10-15%? I wonder how that factors in as a bone meal. Most of my other bone sources are higher in bone content (necks are like 45% bone).

They are the ideal meal. Perfect ratio of meat/bone/organ. So eliminate those meals, and work out your ratio for the remainder of the days instead. You are feeding raw meaty bones, etc. for 10 meals of the week, so just leave out one bone in day(two meals), and one muscle meat day(2 meals).
