Somewhat recently our female has started making messes in the tile floor away from walls. They are potty trained in their cage, but out of their cage they are about 50/50 at best. Even so their messes are almost always in a corner or at the very least against one of the walls.
Our female though is starting to make messes out in the middle of the floor. Could this be because she no longer feels the need to go in a corner for safety or should we be watchful for anything else for her heath wise?
She just had her 1 year checkup and the doctor said she was healthy but we also hadn't really seen this behavior with any consistency till recently.
