dec 2: am: 6oz bone in duck pm: 7 oz bone in rabbit
dec 3 am: 8 oz chicken wings quail eggs to share for a snack
weights: Smokey 2 lbs 10 oz/ 2 lbs 11 oz/ 2 lbs 13 oz Bandit 2 lbs 9 oz/ 2 lbs 7 oz/ 2 lbs 9 oz (yay for gaining the weight back now to chub him up a bit) Rose 1 lb 9.5 oz/ 1 lbs 10.5 oz/ 1 lbs 12 oz
as far as quail eggs go how often can i give them today is the first time ive given them by themselves (used to mix it in soup occasionally) and they went crazy over them. i know people give them as treats sometimes (especially in shedding season) but i have also read that too many can be bad.

We have 2 days a week where we do 2 bone in meals would those be better days to give the egg since they normally have firmer poo those days anyway?

uh, look at the menu I posted on page 2...they should be getting more bone in meals than that. But to answer your question, yes that would be fine.

that size is fine. You can continue to go larger if you want to promote more natural stimulation for them but that is about the size I use. You are really trucking along (it's nice having kits!). So all in all what proteins and what organs are they used to eating at this point?

Pork belly is by far the favorite they eat chicken (breast, wings, feet), beef, duck, pork neckbones, rabbit I try to give them something different each meal and not the same meat twice in a row so they stay eating the different ones. organs are harder they have beef heart and liver chicken heart liver and kidneys, the livers and kidneys from when I do Cornish hens and we just had Turkey liver and kidneys however to get then to eat it is a chore I spent an hour last night playing tug of war with turkey liver to convince them to eat it I think I got them to eat maybe one ounce each i'm probably gonna start pureeing it with ground chicken again to get them there full amount of organs its the only thing that seems to work

Yeah, organs are always tough in the beginning. Hang in there you'll get there eventually.
