The one thing I'd change is to give a muscle meal in place of either the turkey OR the duck neck just to prevent calcium levels from getting too high as both those have very heavy concentration of bone.

Ok thank you  will beef cheek or beef chunks be ok ? They will be getting enough heart in the diet won't they ? Or do I need to give a meal of heart ? |

Either/or is fine. And if you want to give an extra it won't hurt as they really can't OD on taurine, though they likely won't need it.
