Late last night I was contacted on Facebook ( I have a little ferret page where I post little facts and stuff) by a lady who had seen a ferret loose down by the river when her and her husband were walking their dog. She said it seemed friendly and kept trying to come to them but the dog scared it off, and her and her husband were going to return the this morning and try and find it again. She wanted some advice on how to catch it and wanted to know if we could take it in as she could not. Of course I could not close my doors on a lost foozle... Sadly, I received a message from her at 9am today saying they did find the ferret, but it had been hit by a car and died. So I am lighting a candle tonight to help the little love find his/her way to the Bridge.

Poor wee mite. A travelling candle is lit for this special wee one. Unnamed and unknown this candle is lit to guide wee wandering paws onto it's next great adventure. Gentle journey little vagabond....may you finally find that which you seek. ciao
