Welcome back! I haven't tried it yet but im off out tonight to do a bit of shopping. Its something i've looked at before, i've seen pictures of metal shower hoops used, but i've only ever found plastic ones. I'll give them a shot though, im sure i'll be able to skewer them on somehow. The mess they've started making is starting to drive me up the wall so i'm definately going to try feeding them in their cages from now on and take away the kibble too, i'll remove it from their room completely. Im still worried about leaving them to eat bones unsupervised, (which is mostly why their bone meal is in the evening plus an extra meal once a week in the morning) because no matter how big or how small the pieces are you can guarantee someone will get it lodged in their pallet. Mostly this is Kiko but the other two girls do it occasionally two. Kiko is missing a few teeth so i think that might be where she is getting it wedged, not a great deal i can do about that i imagine, she's perfectly happy for me to pull it out for her though. I imagine if i put bone meal on a hook they would just eat the muscle and leave the bone ¬_¬ i'll give it a shot though. For the most part they're all eating raw now pretty well I'm still working on trying to take some decent pictures too!

Spoke to soon, I'd say, have had internet issues lately, and am hoping this goes through the first time Bone meals can be nerve wracking. I've had some issues with my guys as well (usually nothing major, just chicken wings caught on front teeth). If you are worried about intake, add some eggshell powder or bone meal powder to a few of their meat meals, too, during the week. Or just work to make your double bone in meals on days you are off and can be there with them, and feed the rest of the bone in meals in the evening, like you're doing already
