Because SoCo and Kahlua dont get along, SoCo sleeps alone most of the time. A lot of the time he even sleeps alone when I let Mojito sleep free roam in the fert room with him, sometimes they curl up together but usually they sleep on like opposite ends of the room. When I go in there he runs up to me as fast as possible and flops his head down on my foot and then trys to sleep on my foot. My heart breaks for him My mom suggested to give him an old tshirt that smells like me and even though he isnt a chewer I worry- what fabric would be the 'safest'? Also I've thought of getting him a stuffy but I dont know if he'd go for it and I dont want him to have anything to get psychotically possesive over + I dont want Kahlua to get jealous that I got him one and I never got her one. I never got her one because she has a tendancy to put any toys on the bottom level of the cage which is also where she and Mojito use the bathroom and since she refuses to have any type of litter/floor covering (other than puppy pads) the toys get destroyed in a very short period of time. It also makes cage cleaning like 999x more disgusting. Do you think if I got him a stuffy it would be another thing for them to fight over? Do you think a tshirt of mine is a good idea? I know no buttons or studs or fancy embroidered/lacy things but what fabric would be the safest? Probably cotton right? If he isnt a chewer should I even worry?

If he doesn't chew, then I would think any plain fabric shirt will do.
They may just need time though. It's taken about 4 months for our baby to start sleeping with the others. I felt bad, but it seems like the more they play and get used to each other, the more comfortable they got. Here's hoping.

100% cotton, and remove any dangling threads -- we use the same thing with our fuzzies, and they seem to like making nests -- best of luck with the little ones & their integration, we know how hard it can be!

Oh, almost forgot! No shirts with those heat-applied decals or letters or anything -- they can be a type of vinyl that deteriorates over time.

lol I thought so, I think I have the perfect shirt- it was one of my favs in highschool but its light light blue and I got a nasty mustard stain on it. I has to graphics or details or anything just a simple light light blue cotton top. Its been washed about 9999 times but I cant get the yellow tint out. I love that shirt so I never through it out, now itll come in handy for something lol

Wear it for a couple of days, then give it to him- he'll love it even more for smelling like you
