For kibble I strongly recommend Orijen (Any flavour... Rolo's had all three) for your ferret(s). For your dog, either Orijen or Acana if you want something slightly cheaper. (But still excellent quality.)
My three cats & Rolo all get Orijen, and my parents feed their cat Acana (Because its one of the cheapest/highest value for what you're actually getting in the bag) and they can't afford Orijen.
I don't know what the price of Evo is these days, but don't balk at Orijen's price tag... an $80 bag feeds my 4 for 2 months which I consider an excellent deal & keeps them all in great shape & I never have to worry about recalls because their quality control is so thorough.
