Such a pretty little girl. You will become addicted to finding mice wonderful in temperament as well as sound in body, the neat colors are just an added bonus when these little ones work their way into your heart.

I haven't decided Jackie. I have a retired breeder Big Momma that I'm pretty fond of. I was going to rehome her but maybe she just needs her own retirement cage with Olive as her friend.... lol I really don't know. *shrugs*

I ask because of her temperament. She would probably make sweet babies She reminds me of a mouse I had as a child. His name was Stripe (he had a stripe on his head... I was horrible at naming pets...) I would walk around with them on my head

Former lunch is a very pretty girl ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D haha yes she caught my eye. And yes she does have a white belly too. I think what caught my attention so much @ first was her belly pattern reminds me of Hamlet, the way it wraps up her side in a little streak. I always though he looked like a 4-fingered creature had dipped their hand in white paint and picked him up from the belly. Her side marking is similar, but she only has 1-2 instead of 4. She will either be a breeder or a companion mice for some of the other non-breeding females. The Nanny's. Right now that is only one. haha I have my main breeder who I call Big Momma. She is retired but I rotate in new moms to live with her as she is SO great with babies (the large majority of my mice have come from her, or are her grandchildren). So there's only ever females and babies in that cage. This whole breeding for pretty colors is probably going to have to stop. They get too cute. I might have to go back to breeding plain old black and white and brown mice. Those ones are ugly. Oh well, I have a decent batch of healthy mice so it's not going to change yet. I can't add too many new breeders though! A spotted male escaped near death too. I was feeding off the males and kept pulling males other than him out. Then I got down to the last mouse and look down to see this cute little black and white spotted thing. An I decided the boys had had enough mice for the night. ;D Doesn't mean he won't be eaten later though. But for now he is safe!
