Last week Lincoln was very sick and the others were getting over it. Well, yesterday we noticed Lincoln had a tiny poop, and today Riley's is seedy and skinny. Though Lincoln went to the bathroom today and it's perfectly healthy.
So....what the heck? Think it might just be they're recovering still?
Everyone is full of energy and eating well.

How much have they been eating? The amount of stool is proportional to the amount they eat. Being sick, I'd assume they're eating less. The seedy stools could be from the stress of being sick. I'd wait and see what the stools continue to look like. You could give a dose of pumpkin to help move things along, and maybe add some probiotics to help promote good gut bacteria. What were they sick with? Flu?

I can't remember- are they still on meds? That will certainly affect their stools. It can also take a while afterwards for them to return to normal. If they've been on antibiotics, I'd give them about 1/2 tsp plain full fat yogurt a day for about a week to repopulate the gut with good bacteria.

They are all eating normally. I made sure to watch them after I saw the poops.
Jackie, I don't know. The vet didn't know either - so helpful. She just gave Lincoln and Loki were sick with different things yet it ended up being the same thing and gave them antibiotics for one week.
I gave them an extra days dosage and they were all doing very well. So after two more days I put Lincoln back with the group. About a week has passed and their poops are occasionally off again.
I'll have to buy the yogurt Wednesday, but I'll try the pumpkin tomorrow and see how their stools look in the evening. If they're still small, I guess I'll give them some duck soup or baby food again.
