It is not made for ferrets off course, and it is for the recovery period. But this stuff is really good I can tell you. The carnivore care that you show me is not evaluable in the Netherlands, i google'd it. To bad because i like what I see. What are the price of the carnivore care and how can i get that to the Netherlands? Because booth my ferret live on the convalesce support, 1 because she has insulinoma, and this helps to keep her BC up.She also have a chronic inflammation of the middle ear, she cant bite hard stuff. And one because she cant digest meat properly. The are both on different kind of medicine and the convalesce helps to give it to them. But if i can get my hands on that carnivore stuff, i would like to try.

It's wonderful stuff when your ferret is really sick and at the point where their digestion is not necessarily digesting all the nutrients it needs. I've usually use it mixed with baby food (both homeade and store bought) when trying to treat lymphoma kids). My only complaint here is that it's hugely expensive and vet dispensed ciao

None of my kids like the Carnivore Care... I decided to freeze the openned bag so I don't waste it all... Lyla's doing better still. Her weight's up to 695 this morning, and 685 this evening. All in all, on a rising curve... Her poops are, in majority, looking fairly good, and I am decreasing the pred to see how low I can go before bad poops come back. She is now eating mostly kibble and some CatMilk (after lowering the dose from 2 small bowls to one, it seems to not cause loose poops anymore). I cought her eating a piece of freeze dried this evening, so I may have hope to switching her back to raw after all this is done Everyone else doing good. Meeko is thankfully not touching the kibble, but Baloo is eating some now and again when he's tired of his freeze dried or raw ground.... I guess we're slowly comming out of the woods.... a week ago I was certain we may have had only a few more days with Lyla... Thanks to Sherry and her help with the Pred, helped Lyla eating again

Woo! I think this is a very good sign. It could be that you can get her completely off the pred once the inflammation is under control. Then you just have to watch for the trigger, and try to minimize whatever it is. Adding in some daily reishi supplements might also help as they have an anti-inflammatory but don't have the awful side effects of pred.

That is most definitely progress Start keeping that diary now, even though she's eating the kibble. Keep an eye out for her eating their food, and how it reacts on her. That way you may find the main trigger.
