He's had two more poops and is eating a tiny bit on his own this morning. I'm leaving for the vets shortly, at least have the barium done.

He had surgery this morning. They got it, i believe while still in his stomach. I'm waiting on a call back from the vet. Thx everyone. Heather, one day I'm going to go see Michelle under GOOD circumstances! The car accident I mentioned was actually right out front the vets, I was waiting to turn in when someone hit me.

I'm glad he made it through. I'll be saying prayers for a quick recovery.

Yah....I don't think Michelle has ever seen me under good circumstances either That's the problem with being a vet...you only take your pets there when they're sick. That is a horrible spot out there. Despite the warning sign people travel that corner way too fast. I was almost rear-ended there and I had signalled a long way off because I don't like that corner. I'm so glad that they found the rest of the plug. I'm glad that you took him in. I know it's hard but you know something, despite your misgivings....you're an awesome ferrant....really I will light a healing candle for your wee one. Fingers are still crossed for a speedy recovery ciao

I am so sorry you've had to go through this with Neka yet again. Silly boy And as Heather has said- you are in NO way a bad ferrent! Mistakes happen. What makes the difference with being a good pet parent is noticing it, and then doing something about it!
