I have 2 ferrets and only one seems to be affected by this. She's scratching a lot to the point where she has a few missing patches of fur. She's missing fur above both eyes, under one eye, in the middle of her head and over her arm which i find are pretty common places for them to scratch. Theres no signs of fleas and the other animals in the house dont have fleas either. The first spot I noticed is starting to grow back and I'm not sure whether is should go to the vet. With the current covid situation and the fact ferrets can get it and spread it I'm not fully comfortable with going to the vet of its something that just needs time. Obviously I'll go if its needed but I'm cautious and would like some opinions from experienced owners as I'm fairly new to owning ferrets.

Could be a food allergy or a bedding allergy, what do they eat/sleep on?
