Livvan i would not do the beef ear--- if you r in USA-- cows are lot feed and given growth hormone tags in the ear. Anyway you want meaty bones and meaty muscle. Also I would forego the bone broth too. chicken leg quarter is probably too dense as most of all weight bearing bones are. However one member said her ferrets could eat rabbit legs but mine can not because they are too hard. I would not serve egg with a muscle meal---your ferret may have very, very lose stool:))) Now some people have put egg on a food to try to get their ferrets to eat things--which is a good trick if it works as some will lick the egg off stuff.
So duck necks, chicken wings, chicken necks as well as pounded turkey necks and probably pounded goose neck---is ok for bone in meals.
turkey gizzard, duck gizzard turkey meat is fine for muscle meals. I have bought turkey legs and cut meat off the legs for my ferrets. Chicken thigh meat is ok, tripe is ok too---I guess one would consider this a muscle meat(will have to research that). Also goat meat and duck meat is all good for muscle meals. I have bought cheaper cuts of lamb ---plus those expensive lamb chops for my ferrets---LOL. of course they can't consume the lamb chop bone.
You do not have to give 2 different kind of hearts. However, you can definitely use one of the types of hearts as a muscle meal if you need some variety. Heart is always good.
you can try again on the meal making we will be glad to help you again.

Go here livvan holisticferretforum.com/natural-diet/raw-diet-the-meat-of-the-site/basic-frankenprey-menu/ Make a menu just like the sample. Put in chicken wing where it says bone and do this with a variety of bone in meats throughout your menu. Do this also with the different muscle meats you can obtain. Likewise list the type of organ and heart. You do not need various types of organs or hearts. Sometimes ferrets will not eat organs too well---I have had to make soupies out of them. I also have cut them up in bits--I even had to warm an empty plate and stir them about on it. Of course you can warm the organ bits or soupies in a baggie in really warm water. Mine like guinea pig organs pretty good. I do not have to make soupies out of them nor warm them. For the longest, they were eating lamb organ soupies. Resubmit another menu if you want to and let's see if we can make a better one.
