Salmon oil is fantastic (other fish oil is fine, just make sure it's pure fish oil w/o preservatives). Just limit it to about a teaspoon over the course of a week to prevent diarrhea. Some ferrets do eat fish, but to limit mercury exposure and prevent an overly "fishy" body odor, the recommendation is to only feed about a meal's worth per week.
Eggs of all kinds are good treats. Bit of freeze-dried raw are good too.
I will confess that I give Rocky a teeny tiny lick of cream or plain butter every once in a while.
I'd be hesitant to feed the ones you linked since I can't find the ingredients, and presumably the other 5%, even if they're not cereals, are binders or veggie-based matter of some sort. Maybe someone else can weigh in.

oooh in that case I may add some fish to his next order as a treat, I would feed egg but I found it goes out the same way it went in.

Yes egg poos are one of the particularly unpleasant ones. Eggs are important during shedding season, though, since they help move out any potential hairballs.

You can add some ground egg shell powder or bone meal to the egg to help bind it up into a more solid poop if you like! I found that over time my ferret’s egg poops firmed up and are now soft and bright yellow, but still turds as opposed to diarrhea. I think they need time for their bodies to adjust to such a huge influx of liquid in one meal.

Our two have the occasional dried spratts which they love, but I do limit those to a rare treat. Their main treat are dried chicken pieces that you can buy in the uk at Pets at home and sainsbury in a small cardboard tube.
