So my baby fuzzy, Maka had her rabies shot a week and a half ago, she also had a round of revelution for ear mites and i clean her ears daily. We have a check up this Saturday. But i found a little lump behind her head near her scruff today, that clearly wasn't there yesterday. This is new, doesnt seem to bother her what so ever? I think it might bother me more. Any thoughts? I know that I will bringing this up on our next visit to our vet in a couple days.

You need to stop cleaning her ears so often (unless she is on a medicine by the vet for it for a specific duration). The more you clean her ears the more there will be a build-up of wax and the more prone she will actually be to getting ear mites. Ear wax does serve a purpose, it protects the ear. The more you take it away, the more the body will produce.
Without a photo it's hard to say what the lump might be. It could be an MCT (Mast Cell Tumor), they're rather common in ferrets, though usually benign.

Is it near where she had the vaccination? Swelling at the injection site is a known adverse event for both distemper and rabies vaccinations in ferrets. If it is, you may want to talk to a knowledgeable vet about a possible reaction before you have her vaccinated again. Of course, normally those occur within a short time after the vaccination. www.avma.org/News/Journals/Collections/Documents/javma_223_5_663.pdf

I am under vet order for ear cleaning just for two weeks. Till next checkup this saturday. I also thought maybe it was from the vaccine but that was over a week a go. So as of right now it isnt effecting her behavior, but i will be asking the vet on saturday. And our new rescues have been quarentined since we've gotten them.

Thank you for being responsible and quarantining the newcomers, so many people just never bother with it. Okay, that's fine if under vet orders, but it's just something to keep in mind after she's done with it. Hopefully, the lump is nothing serious, but get it checked out just in case.

I'm really curious- what on earth is the vet's reason for cleaning them daily for two weeks?

Hmm i dont know, it is not really cleaning i guess as much as adding a drop of medicine solution in each ear daily. They were infested with ear mites. That was one big reason i quarentined my two newest ones and the fact that i had no medical history on them as well.
