All my ferrets are due there flea treatment and Im not sure if I can treat the girls while they are pregnant. I use a spot on, they are separate from each other so there is no chance of them licking each other

I wouldn't but check with your vet to be sure...if there is indeed a safe flea treatment. I will not use anything toxic on my jills if they're pregers, but fleas can cause a danger to your jills health so not treating at all would be a concern too. I would definitely be checking with my vet for possible methods of treatment ciao

I've had this discussion once with my exotic vet who's had experience with pregnant jills - in the event that there are fleas and you can see that the jill is visibly in discomfort, use of Revolution is fine and will not harm her babies.
