They are still eating all their food. It takes them a while to finish but they do eat it all.

I think they are eating more. I am not weighting it so I dont know for sure but It seems like im giving them more food and they are not stashing it anywhere. I search the whole cage before giving them more food.

They have been eating a lot. They seem to like chunks with soup added more than just soup. And I added liver and they are still eating it.

Hooray! You've found a great balance for them! It sounds like they're getting all the nutrition they need plus they're getting some stuff to chew on. Are you happy with where they're at?

I am happy with where they are at. They are eating everything they need to be eating and they will eat good size chunks.

That's great! Will you write up a weekly menu of what they are eating so that the other mentors and I can review it?

Right now they get the same thing every day. I mixed all of their food together. They are no longer getting beef. They refuse to eat it. They get pork, turkey, chicken, bone, liver, kidney and I add a little egg shell since I dont feel they are getting enough bone (they had runny poops) but I will increase the amount of bone. They also get taurine and fish oil. They get 1 taurine pill a day which is 500mg. They get 1 ish oil pill which is 1200mg.

Ok, can you give me a recap of where they are at now? Still on soup, mush, chunks(how big), what meats, etc? Are they eating bone yet? By finding out exactly where they are at, then I've got a better idea of where we are going

They are eating chunks. Maybe about 1in by .5in. They get chicken, pork, turkey, liver, kidney, egg, bone and egg shell. They were refusing to eat beef but I gave them some yesterday and they ate it so I want to add beef to their diet again. I crush the bone. I dont know if they will eat whole bone. I have not tried yet. I mixed all of their food together. I cut up all the meat and mixed it with the egg, egg shell etc. but they will eat some of them separately.

I'd like you to try giving some meats separately, especially chicken and turkey. If we are going to get them eating whole bone, they'll have to be able to recognize the meat by itself. And that's great about the beef! Always nice to have one more protein to add into the mix As for the egg, about how many eggs a week are you using?

I use about 2 eggs in a week.

Ok that's good Looks like they have a good mix. Are you interested in getting them to eat whole bone? If they are already getting about 15% in their diet, that is actually enough. I'm thinking for the dental benefits, as well as the mental stimulation. Let me know

I definitely want to get them eating whole bones for dental benefits and to make it easier for me to feed them (I hate chopping up bones). They need 15% bone? I thought it was 10%
