4 large cubes is about 3.5-4 ozs a day? Plus the wysong at night. That's a fair amount of food. How thick is the soup now?

It is important that Farah eats well to keep her BG balanced. Small meals frequently and leave food out for her.
The meds can make them a little nauseous. Overall though, she sounds like she is getting a nice amount. Were you able to get a scale? Weighing her is important now. Keep a weight journal and see if she stays around the same weight. It's a good idea to keep a journal for all of yours.
The average female only eats 2 ounces or so in the spring. The average grown boy eats 3-4 ounces, that's not alot of food. They eat a little more in the Winter. Babies just eat you out of house and home.
I know it's hard to watch your girl, at her age go thru being sick. You're doing so much for her and she knows that you care and love her. She's in good hands. :wave3:

Everything @poncesmom said plus a reminder that it is normal for them to eat a lot in the beginning of a switch and then taper down to what they would normally do. Journaling/logging everything is a very helpful tool. You can use this thread to log it all if you like or start an official unofficial switching thread for them. Whichever works better for you.
